If we encounter any new problems along the way and determine there is a need for more procedures, we will tell you about them and their costs. We will always be up front with you about our fees and never perform any procedures without your full consent.
What is the policy for making payments?
If your insurance covers the procedure, we will bill the insurance company for you. If not, you must pay in full on the day of your treatment. We accept all major credit cards and offer a senior citizen discount.
What do I need to know about my dental insurance?
Whether your procedure is covered by your insurance or not, you are still responsible for all fees incurred. If your insurance carrier hasn’t made payment on a covered procedure in a reasonable amount of time, you will have to pay us out of pocket while the matter is being resolved.
Do you offer payment plans?
Many cosmetic procedures are not covered by dental insurance, but that doesn’t mean that particular treatment is not needed. We realize not everyone can afford to pay thousands of dollars up front for dental implants or cosmetic procedures, so that is why we offer financing through Care Credit.
